USB Device Drivers? [SOLVED]

I'm very excited - just received my twiddler 3 and excited to start learning how to use it.
I plugged it in to my Win7 SP1 Optiplex9010 computer, and the computer promptly says "USB Device Not Recognized." I cannot find twiddler device drivers to install. The Twiddler is fully charged - the light on the back is green. I've tried different USB ports, including ones I know work. I've tried turning the twiddler off, connecting via USB, then turning it back on. Same "USB Device Not recognized. My computer does not have any bluetooth ability. What am I supposed to do to get this to work?

@labst It looks like an OS issue. A quick check on the web uncovered this MS KB:

The Twiddler3 enumerates as a simple keyboard and mouse. So the standard drivers are all that are needed to get it up and running. Try a different USB Cable. They can be problematic.

Calling Tech support got the answer: the magnetic cable is reversible; one side is just power, the other side is power and data. It is now working fine. I'm up to 6.5 words per minute.

Ah, you never mentioned that you are using the Magnetic USB Cable. One orientation is Data+Power the other is just Power.
