I'd like to see better documentation. The current docs seem to be written for someone who has a working knowledge of the Twiddler. It would great if it were written from the point of view of someone who has no working knowledge. For example, in the Upgrading the Firmware instructions:
Preparing for the Upgrade
Plug into USB and make sure you have a good battery charge.
Identify which firmware you are running by pressing N+S 0R00.
[when I left my Twiddler plugged in, doing this step did nothing. I disconnected, cycled the power off/on, then connected via Bluetooth. I then opened up a document where I could type the chord mentioned. Not having any clue as to what N+S meant, I went back to the browser to search for it (a link to the documentation here would be nice). Also, what if N or S are remapped? Do these keys still produce the same result? Mine aren't remapped, so I did not try this.). Finally, I was able to see that the Twiddler typed out the firmware version into the note I had started. This could be made obvious by adding a few sentences to the documentation.]
Sorry if it seems like you'd be dumbing it down, but it's really frustrating when things aren't perfectly clear.
