@tony Thanks for the prompt reply. Indeed, the Export button provided the functionality i needed. I think I was thrown off because Listing Chords had me looking for a iconic thing to click. So, once I knew which button to use, I was in a much better state.
FWIW, to answer my question, once I had the CSV I:
$ awk -F',' '{if (length($2) > 5 && $2 ~ /^\"[a-z ]+\"$/) print }' twiddler_cfg_csv
" O ORRO","the "
" O RORR","ant "
" O ROOM","and "
" O OLOM","ion "
" O OOMM","ing "
" O MOMM","ent "
At this point, editing this file is a reasonable exercise, but let me show you an interface that I think would make a lot of sense. VSCode provides the following interface for reviewing, editing, and updating the keyboard shortcuts.
I don't have the ability to upload images, so apologies for the link click burden here
As we can see, we have a tabular interface that has search for lookup (my use case), and which allows for addition/update of key bindings. This might help avoid user error in updating the keymap and provides the ability to hide away the data from its manipulating interface. Just a thought.
