I get the impression from the documentation that the Twiddler3 should show up as a FAT32 formatted thumb drive on a Sierra or High Sierra macOS screen desktop when connected via the USB cable (as should be the case since the macOS can automatically read FAT32 as well as its native macOS formats). However, it isn't showing up on either despite both the charging LED on the Twiddler3 glowing a solid orange (while charging) or a solid green (when switched on) and the magnetic connector also glowing a solid green. What am I missing? Without being able to mount the FAT32 drive inside the Twiddler3 on macOS screen desktop, I can't tweak the configurations generated by the website nor can I even find out what firmware is currently on the Twiddler3. I would appreciate any pointers. Thanks in advance.
p.s., And yes, I have ensured that everything has been checked to be displayed on the Desktop and Sidebar via Finder->Preferences.
p.p.s, In my tests, I've plugged in multiple FAT32-formatted thumb drives of varying provenance into my Sierra (macOS 10.12.x) and High Sierra (macOS 10.13.x) laptops and they have appeared without any issues on my OS desktop. So it's not my Macintosh machines refusing to mount FAT32-formatted thumb drives but it has to be a Twiddler3 issue.
