After fully charging my Twiddler 3 and turning it on (Bluetooth/wireless mode) to use, after several minutes, the device suddenly stops responding to my key presses. This happens for several seconds, and then the device starts functioning normally again, for several seconds. This continues back and forth until I turn off the device, or unpair then repair the Bluetooth connection, and then it will work normally again for a few minutes, and then go back to this behavior. (Edit: I've been able to use this device for at least 1 year, with almost no issues.)
During the time intervals when the device is ignoring my key presses, the LED indicator on the device still flashes green when I press something; I assume this shows that the buttons are working.
I've tried resetting my Bluetooth connection, re-uploading (overwriting) the Twiddler's config file, turning it off and letting the device charge for 30-60 minutes, and restarting my computer.
The behavior is almost as though the Twiddler is constantly "falling asleep" and waking back up (even though I have tried have my Idle Sleep Time set to 2 minutes, as well as 10 minutes; neither makes a difference).
Has anyone else experienced this issue? It's a big problem for me because I use the Twiddler to draw, and constantly change back and forth between the B and E keys (for Brush and Erase tools, respectively). This behavior doesn't just happen for these two keys, but all the other keys on the Twiddler, as well.
