I use my twiddler while connected with USB. It worked fine all afternoon, then I went into the tuner and turned on Bluetooth, downloaded the .cfg, and copied it to my twiddler, over-writing my previous .cfg. The only difference in the .cfg files is that the latest one had Bluetooth enabled. After loading the new .cfg, ejected the twiddler, saw that it was "safe to remove" and unplugged the usb. I then plugged the USB back in. The red light on the back of the twiddler came on, but Windows didn't recognize the device. I took it home, and tried connecting my twiddler to my chromebook with the USB cable. I switched the on/off switch off and then on, but it wasn't working on my chromebook (meaning, the mouse doesn't move and no keystrokes are recognized). Again, I verified that the red "charging" light was on, indicating a good USB connection. Frustrated, I then ran through the whole thing again, this time on my home laptop, running Windows 7. I made sure the on/off switch was set to on (and turned it off and back on a few times), verified that the red light on the twiddler is on, and found that the mouse does not move, no keystrokes are recognized, and Windows isn't "seeing" the device as an external drive (so, I can't load a different .cfg file). Any ideas? My twiddler was working well on all 3 devices (work computer running Windows10, home computer with Windows7, and chromebook) before I loaded in that new .cfg.
I read the post here https://forum.tekgear.com/t/unable-to-fully-charge-and-get-bluetooth-or-usb-detection-with-brand-new-t3-solved/207/2 and followed the advice to hold Num+Shift+R000 but nothing changed.
