@stauf Thank you very much for Cool Hand!
After reading about it and having experimented with a slightly modified "Tabspace" configuration I decided to try Cool Hand.
I liked your design principles, and I agree, with Cool Hand it is easier to keep the Twiddler in place in my hand. With Tabspace I had to keep it really tight and in place with the strap.
So far it is great. I was able to memorize the letters on my first day with just an hour or two of trying it. The numbers were even easier to memorize.
I am working up my speed now as sometimes my brain goes back to Tabspace, I haven't put much effort on the punctuation and other symbols, but I already got some in memory.
In order to prevent accidents, I removed all the CTRL chords and I also implemented what I had implemented in Tabspace, which is a 4-finger chord to call for CAPS LOCK so I don't have to keep SHIFT pressed for capital letters. I decided to keep CAPS LOCK in the same place I had it which is "ing " in Cool Hand (I think that would be RRRR).
And the NumLock layer?, excellent idea!
