The left-handed version of Cool Hand was designed with
h of the base layer matching
← in the numlocked state:
coupled with the following mapping in vimrc
nnoremap r j
nnoremap o k
nnoremap s l
" h is already in the correct location
makes single button navigation in Vim consistent for both regular and numlocked mode.
Of course, one can also use the default
h which were already specifically arranged in a ┴ configuation.
