I am new to the twiddler, having it for little more than one week now.
I am practicing on keybr.com but haven't progressed very far.
I am using the tabspace configuration (slightly modified) and an using some multi-character chords (in, te, it, an, to) while practicing.
I have been frustrated at times when a character that I thought I had entered does not appear. I had put this down to my inexperience. However, when I examined the situations where the character is ignored I discovered a problem.
If I hit the chord for a multi-character sequence and quickly follow it with another, the second chord is ignored.
For example, I want to type "inion", I use 0RR0, 0R00, 0L00, 00R0. If the move quickly from 0RR0 to 0R00, what appears is "inon". If I quickly hit 0RR0 multiple times, I can see that it registers about half the time.
I Had been practicing with an iPad and thought perhaps this was an issue. However, the same behavior can be seen using a PC with the USB connection.
I don't see the same problem with chords generating single characters.
Is this a known issue? Is there anything that can be done about it other than slowing down when using a multi-character chord?
